The season of giving is upon us. I'm thinking of all the parents and kids I met this year after Uvalde, Buffalo, and Highland Park, who will be having their first holidays without their loved ones. I am thinking of the survivors and victims of Colorado Springs and Virginia mourning the loss of their community, friends and neighbors from gun violence.
