Tina Smith came to Minnesota to begin a career in business after earning her MBA in 1984, and she has proudly called the North Star State home ever since.

She has dedicated her career to improving the lives of Minnesotans, working as a small business owner and vice president of Planned Parenthood of Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

In 2014, she was elected to serve as Minnesota's 48th lieutenant governor and fought tirelessly to expand economic opportunity for Minnesota families.
