Register Now Dear John, November is Alzheimer's Awareness Month and National Family Caregivers Support Month. What better time to come together, ground ourselves, and prepare for the holiday season? The Meditate for Your Memory Challenge is back by popular demand. Please join us from Monday, November 14th to Sunday, November 20th for our week-long meditation challenge! We are excited to offer this online group meditation practice to re-energize and improve your focus, attention, and memory. Oh, and it's incredible for reducing stress too. That's a lot of great benefits coming from just 12 minutes of your day. No experience is required– plus, it's f*r*e*e*! Starting on November 14th, we will practice Kirtan Kriya yoga meditation for your memory– join us and experience the brain-boosting benefits for yourself. It's the same time every day, all week.
