Then ask what it is that you will do. Write to your MP [Representatives]? Wave banners outside parliament? Demand that your bank or pension fund divest from fossil fuels? Donate to climate justice NGOs? Progress takes a combination of tactics, from lobbying politicians to civil disobedience. Do what you’re good at, as part of a bigger picture."

Last Friday about 20 people gathered along Kenwood Blvd between the UWM Union and Maryland Av. Despite a lot of honking, we engaged in discussions with passersby (mostly students), handed out dozens of flyers (thank you Julie Enslow), gathered many student surveys (again, Julie's) and got to make friends with other activists. We are good at carrying signs and talking to people!
We have signs, or bring your own!
No protest at Chase Banks this week
