The Dona Ana County Clerk and her boss Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver are back at it again - illegally counting absentee ballots in Las Cruces ahead of Tuesday’s elections.

We all know what happened last year ([link removed] ) . They’re not going to get away with it this time. The Republican Party of New Mexico has filed suit to force them to stop counting illegal mail-in ballots.
