The Dona Ana County Clerk and her boss Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver are back at it again - illegally counting absentee ballots in Las Cruces ahead of Tuesday’s elections.

We all know what happened last year. They’re not going to get away with it this time. The Republican Party of New Mexico has filed suit to force them to stop counting illegal mail-in ballots.
