We felt truly connected with Doorways' mission of supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, even if this meant sheltering the clients' pet(s), too. To participate in our program, pet owners and pet fosters around the globe were invited to upload their pet's photo with a short bio to our pet gallery (or train), even if this pet had already passed away.
