All Aboard! The Pet Train
Upload a photo of your pet and $1 will be donated to Doorways' Safe Kennel
Upload your pet's photo to The Pet Train! Each photo is sponsored by corporate sponsors Barkley Square and KSR Pet Care, who will donate $1 for each photo added. In addition to money raised by the pet photos, The Pet Train received also financial donations from corporate sponsors as well as individual (sometimes anonymous) donations. The Pet Train is expected to arrive back at the station on November 25th (Thanksgiving), so there is still time to upload your pet's photo!
Interested in collaborating with The Pet Train? Please get in touch! They are looking for more board members to join the effort in making The Pet Train a success for years to come. In particular, they need help with website and social media management.
In April, The Pet Train left the station with a mission to raise funds for Doorways. We felt truly connected with Doorways' mission of supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, even if this meant sheltering the clients' pet(s), too.

To participate in our program, pet owners and pet fosters around the globe were invited to upload their pet's photo with a short bio to our pet gallery (or train), even if this pet had already passed away. The latter get a VIP seat in our Memorial Car. Curious how The Pet Train looks? It's amazing see also people in Europe joined the train!
