David and his colleagues just introduced sweeping antitrust legislation to rein in the power of Big Tech and make it easier to break up these unregulated tech monopolies.

As chairman of the House Judiciary Committee’s antitrust subcommittee, David has been leading the fight to hold these companies accountable. Last year, the subcommittee released a report about Amazon, Apple, Facebook and Google’s monopolistic behavior.

Now, they’re taking action to address the concerns detailed in that report in what experts are calling the most ambitious update to monopoly laws in decades.
