David and his colleagues just introduced sweeping antitrust legislation to rein in the power of Big Tech and make it easier to break up these unregulated tech monopolies.

As chairman of the House Judiciary Committee’s antitrust subcommittee, David has been leading the fight to hold these companies accountable. Last year, the subcommittee released a report about Amazon, Apple, Facebook and Google’s monopolistic behavior.

Now, they’re taking action to address the concerns detailed in that report in what experts are calling the most ambitious update to monopoly laws in decades.

We want to hear from you. Do you think Congress should do more to regulate Big Tech companies?

It’s no secret the influence technology giants like Amazon, Apple, Facebook, and Google have not only on consumers across the country, but on our democracy as well. Due to the enormous power these companies hold over our lives, they bear a responsibility to engage in fair and transparent business practices.

These powerful companies are not above the law, and this new package of legislation protects consumers and ensures that these companies work for the users – not the other way around.

Do you think Big Tech should be regulated to better protect the rights of consumers and small businesses?

Thanks for weighing in!
