Democrats flip the Senate:

Tuesday, Winning For Women’s endorsed candidate Senator Kelly Loeffler lost
her Senate race to Reverend Raphael Warnock. Shortly after, Senator David
Perdue lost to Democrat candidate Jon Ossoff. Democrats won control of the U.S.
Senate after a net gain of three seats this cycle. Vice President-elect Kamala
Harris will be the tie-breaker in a Senate made up of 50 Democrats and 50
Republicans.

Congress Confirms Biden:

Vice President Pence joined Members of Congress to certify the election of
President-elect Biden, just hours after the protesters were removed from

breaking into the Capitol.

senators had said they planned to object to at least one state's results. But
that number dwindled after a mob overtook the U.S. Capitol building Wednesday
