Population Certifications for the
FY 2026 TVSSA Formula Grant Program Due March 23, 2026  [ [link removed] ]

OVC is seeking population certifications from federally recognized Tribes to signal their intent to apply for the noncompetitive FY 2026 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Grant Program.

*Reminder: All Population Certifications are due by 11:59 p.m. (Alaska time) on Monday, March 23, 2026.* 

To facilitate this process, we strongly encourage you to acquaint yourselves with our digital *Population Certification form*. This form [ [link removed] ] has been designed to streamline and simplify the certification process.  

We also invite you to register [ [link removed] ] for a webinar on how to submit your population certification. During this webinar on *"February 11, 2026, at 1:00 p.m"*. *"Eastern Time"*, we will review the data required to complete the Population Certification form and walk participants through the submission process.  

If you need assistance completing the form, please email the OVC TVSSA team at [email protected] and put “Population Certification – [Name of Tribe]” in the subject line.
