OVC is seeking population certifications from federally recognized Tribes to signal their intent to apply for the noncompetitive FY 2026 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Grant Program.
Reminder: All Population Certifications are due by 11:59 p.m. (Alaska time) on Monday, March 23, 2026.
To facilitate this process, we strongly encourage you to acquaint yourselves with our digital Population Certification form. This form has been designed to streamline and simplify the certification process.
We also invite you to register for a webinar on how to submit your population certification. During this webinar on February 11, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, we will review the data required to complete the Population Certification form and walk participants through the submission process.
