In this role, James will help prepare and execute the Commonwealth’s budget, forecast and collect revenue, and manage Virginia’s investments — work that closely aligns with the Chamber’s state-level advocacy priorities. As James steps away from his service on our Board to take on this significant responsibility, we thank him for his leadership and congratulate him on this well-deserved appointment. His new role underscores the importance of strong business voices helping shape public policy at a pivotal time in Richmond.
