This bill will: -Criminalize platforms that knowingly facilitate child sex trafficking, pandering, or prostitution. -Hit offenders with Class 5 felony charges for trafficking teens—up to 2.5 years in prison. -Raise penalties for victims under 15—up to 27 years behind bars. -Add new charges for platforms that expose minors to explicit material without verifying age. No more free passes. No more hiding behind Section 230. No more saying “we didn’t know.” I need your help to fight the lobbyists and globalists who will do everything they can to kill this bill.
