MSHDA’s Neighborhood Development Division is creating an interested Third-Party Consultants list to identify existing and new organizations that can provide grantee assistance to agencies receiving MI Neighborhood Housing Community Development Fund (HCDF) and/or Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) awards.  If your agency is interested in being added to this list please complete the Request for Qualification (RFQ) RFQ Third Party Consultant List form [ [link removed] ] by Monday, December 22, 2025. We anticipate publishing the list on our website in January 2026.
