MSHDA’s Neighborhood Development Division is creating an interested Third-Party Consultants list to identify existing and new organizations that can provide grantee assistance to agencies receiving MI Neighborhood Housing Community Development Fund (HCDF) and/or Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) awards.  If your agency is interested in being added to this list please complete the Request for Qualification (RFQ) RFQ Third Party Consultant List form by Monday, December 22, 2025. We anticipate publishing the list on our website in January 2026.
