** State Legislators Nationwide Pledge to #Listen2Workers
------------------------------------------------------------

Every policy decision affects workers, but too often, their voices are left out of the conversation. Today, SiX is proud to join the launch of #Listen2Workers, ([link removed]) a new national campaign that centers worker voices in policymaking, and we’re inviting state legislators to lead the way.

Launched in partnership with EPIC, SEIU California, BlackECE, Caring Across Generations, and others, #Listen2Workers ([link removed]) is grounded in a simple but transformative truth:

When lawmakers listen to workers, policy works better for all of us.

From caregivers and cashiers to cooks and farmworkers, workers know what their communities need. Through interviews, forums, and firsthand stories, this campaign builds shared power between workers and the elected leaders who represent them.

** Legislators: Take the #Listen2Workers Pledge!
------------------------------------------------------------

SiX invites legislators across the country to sign the pledge and commit to:
* Listening to workers and worker communities
* Introduce legislation rooted in the needs and ideas of workers
* Record at least one interview with a worker in my community
* Share the pledge with other legislators and colleagues

Sign the Pledge ([link removed])

Once you sign, the #Listen2Workers team will follow up in early 2026 to support your interview and offer resources to help move worker-informed policy forward.
