Launched in partnership with EPIC, SEIU California, BlackECE, Caring Across Generations, and others, #Listen2Workers is grounded in a simple but transformative truth:
When lawmakers listen to workers, policy works better for all of us.
From caregivers and cashiers to cooks and farmworkers, workers know what their communities need. Through interviews, forums, and firsthand stories, this campaign builds shared power between workers and the elected leaders who represent them.
