We can’t allow this to fly under the radar, John.

Trump’s Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth is under fire for overseeing boat strikes in international waters against alleged drug boats that killed nearly a dozen people.

This was carried out without Congressional approval or a sliver of transparency. That’s unacceptable and illegal. Our armed forces should be led with a steady hand -- not recklessness and a disregard for our Constitution.

As a member of the Armed Services Committee, it’s especially critical that we get to the bottom of what happened. If Hegseth ordered these strikes, it could amount to war crimes.

The American people deserve accountability -- and this Administration is not providing it. That’s why I’m calling for an immediate investigation into Hegseth. If you’re with me, sign onto my petition today to help apply the pressure.
