<[link removed]>Dear?Friend,
We have great news! A few minutes ago, Kyrgyzstan signed and Ghana ratified the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons <[link removed]> (TPNW)!
We now have an absolute majority of countries on board the treaty, recognising that their power together can push the nuclear armed states to end the nuclear threat for good.
This would not have been possible without the ongoing and dedicated efforts of our campaign partners, who have worked tirelessly to raise awareness about the treaty and make sure the relevant decision-makers understood the benefits of getting on board.
This treaty now has 74 states parties and 95 signatories (four countries acceded to the treaty without signing). It includes five of the most populous countries on earth: Indonesia, Nigeria, Brazil, Bangladesh and Mexico.
<[link removed]>Your support helps us and our partners to keep up the pressure on all countries to stand up against the nuclear bullies working together through the Treaty.
<[link removed]>Support our work <[link removed]>The action today of Ghana and Kyrgyzstan is a recognition that the TPNW is the best way to ensure real security from the catastrophic threat of nuclear weapons, and that as long as they exist, nuclear weapons are bound to be used, intentionally or by accident.

Kind Regards,
Celine Nahory, Seth Shelden and Tim Wright.
