2025 Property Tax Amounts Go Live October 1

The Tarrant County Tax Office will soon start the process of adding 2025 tax information to our systems. Our property tax system will be unavailable for viewing or making payments beginning at 3 p.m. on Friday, September 26 through 8 a.m. on Wednesday, October 1, while we make updates for the 2025 tax year.

Beginning at 3 p.m. on Friday, September 26, through 8 a.m. on Wednesday, October 1, online property tax systems will be completely unavailable for viewing or making payments.

* This includes pay by phone.

* The dealer SIT portal will not be available during this time.
* During this time, payments will be accepted in person at all branch locations ([link removed]) during regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
* Tax amounts for the 2025 year will not be available until after the conversion process.
* Although tax office employees experience the same limitations as the public during this conversion process, you may call us at 817-884-1100 or email us at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) if you have ongoing issues or questions. We have improved the process and expect a minimal impact to taxpayers.

Online property tax systems will be back online and available at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, October 1.

Tax statements will begin mailing by mid-October.
