Beginning at 3 p.m. on Friday, September 26, through 8 a.m. on Wednesday, October 1, online property tax systems will be completely unavailable for viewing or making payments.
The dealer SIT portal will not be available during this time.
During this time, payments will be accepted in person at all branch locations during regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tax amounts for the 2025 year will not be available until after the conversion process.
Although tax office employees experience the same limitations as the public during this conversion process, you may call us at 817-884-1100 or email us at [email protected] if you have ongoing issues or questions. We have improved the process and expect a minimal impact to taxpayers.
Online property tax systems will be back online and available at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, October 1.
Tax statements will begin mailing by mid-October.
