Gamaliel is Hosting a Farewell Celebration in Honor of Ana
[link removed] [[link removed]] Join us to celebrate and honor Ana Garcia-Ashley’s lifelong commitment to and work for a more just world. As she had said herself, she is not done, but as Ana ends her stewardship of the Gamaliel Network, we want to take time to thank her and to share stories, refreshments, and community with her. All proceeds from this event will go to the Ana Garcia-Ashley Fund For Future Organizing . [[link removed]]
For those able to join in-person, the celebration reception runs from 2:00-5:00 p.m., in Chicago. A physical address will provided upon registration.
For those only able to join virtually, the program begins at 3:00 p.m. (Central Time). A Zoom link will be provided when you register.

This fund will support work that carries forward the passionate and powerful organizing for which Ana is known: developing leaders and building powerful, democratic organizations that move us toward creation of the beloved community in our cities, states, and nation. funds so that the money may be used where it is most needed and effective. The Future of Organizing Fund will be administered by the Gamaliel Board of Directors.
