Across races, backgrounds, and zip codes, most of us want our families to have the freedom to drink clean water, breathe safe air, and live in healthy communities.
Yet, right now, the Trump administration is trying to roll back over 50 years' worth of environmental protections as a handout to the corporate polluters who got Trump elected. It's infuriating, wrong, and will seriously hurt millions of people.
Let's do something about it. Join me on Wednesday, October 1, for a powerful virtual live event to learn how, collectively, we can defend our environmental protections under Trump.

Friend, have you heard of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)? Since the 1970s, it has been one of the strongest tools we have to defend our air, water, and communities from polluting industries.
But, right now, the Trump Administration is trying to gut this and other critical environmental safeguards from the inside out -- making it easier for oil and gas corporations to pollute our hometowns and silence frontline community voices.
Under the guise of "streamlining," they're working to make it easier for polluters to build gas terminals, pipelines, and other dangerous infrastructure in our backyards -- without public input or environmental review. They're also putting up roadblocks to stop readily available clean, renewable energy.
I know it can feel intimidating to try to make a difference with all of the challenging things happening right now. But collectively, we still have power. And I can't do this without you.

In just one hour at the event, you'll hear from frontline leaders, policy experts, and community organizers about:
- How the Trump Administration is dismantling 50 years of environmental protections
- What this means for frontline communities already living with toxic air and polluted water
- How Big Oil and Gas profit from weakened NEPA and other environmental protections
- How you can take action to fight back
This is more than a single webinar. I'm inviting you to learn how to build your skills to develop a community needed for the next three years to continue fighting back against this authoritarian administration without getting burned out.
Whether you're new to environmental justice or a longtime advocate, you'll leave this event with tools, next steps, and an invitation to join our national organizing team.
