ardons during the final hours of his term. Many of those pardons weren=E2=
=80=99t individually approved by him=E2=80=94and according to constitutiona=
l standards, they=E2=80=99re null and void.
I=E2=80=99m calling on the Department of Justice to take action. We must ho=
ld those who improperly benefited from these so-called =E2=80=9Cautopen par=
dons=E2=80=9D legally accountable.
As I told Sean Hannity on Monday: "I don't know if I would let Joe Biden ha=
ndle the remote control on the television much less make a decision. It was=
elder abuse by everyone around him. If he did not make the determination p=

President Biden crossed the line—using an autopen to sign massive pardons during the final hours of his term. Many of those pardons weren’t individually approved by him—and according to constitutional standards, they’re null and void.
