Fellow Conservative, 

President Biden crossed the line—using an autopen to sign massive pardons during the final hours of his term. Many of those pardons weren’t individually approved by him—and according to constitutional standards, they’re null and void.

I’m calling on the Department of Justice to take action. We must hold those who improperly benefited from these so-called “autopen pardons” legally accountable.

As I told Sean Hannity on Monday: "I don't know if I would let Joe Biden handle the remote control on the television much less make a decision. It was elder abuse by everyone around him. If he did not make the determination person by person, then legally it is null and void."
