This week, *Dr. Dolores Cimini*, Director of the Center for Behavioral Health Promotion and Applied Research at the University at Albany, walks you through sustainability.

This is the process of building an adaptive and effective system that achieves and maintains desired long-term results. This involves thinking about sustainability from the beginning, identifying diverse resources, investing in capacity, building ownership among stakeholders, identifying program champions, and tracking and touting outcomes.
