* *Audience:* Home and community-based services (HCBS) 245D licensed providers, lead agencies and other interested parties
* *Deadline:* Oct. 15, 2025
* *Summary:* DHS is accepting proposals from qualified applicants for a grant opportunity to support people with disabilities who want to move out of congregate settings into their own homes.

 

EVV compliance requirements [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* All EVV providers
* *Effective date:* Jan. 1, 2026
* *Summary:* Effective Jan. 1, 2026, DHS will review EVV compliance and enforce compliance requirements for all providers, including financial management services (FMS) and managed care organizations (MCOs).





Training and event information

Reminder: Training announcement: EIDBI Clinical Supervision Trainings [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* EIDBI agency leadership and owners, qualified supervising professionals (QSPs), level I and level II EIDBI providers and administrative and compliance staff who support clinical operations
* *Event date:* Sept. 17, 2025
* *Summary:* DHS will host a training to help EIDBI providers prepare to implement the new clinical supervision requirements passed during the 2025 legislative session.

* *Audience:* People who receive personal care assistance (PCA), Consumer Support Grant (CSG) or CFSS, their families and friends and other interested parties
* *Event date:* Varies based on location; refer to full announcement for details.
* *Summary:* DHS plans to cohost CFSS information sessions with Scott County, Ramsey County and Yellow Medicine County.

* *Audience:* Lead agency assessors, case managers, care coordinators, providers, people who receive services and caregivers
* *Event date:* Sept. 30, 2025
* *Summary:* Join DHS and Minnesota Networking in Education and Assistive Technology (MN-NEAT) for the webinar, “Remote Support: What It Is and How It Works.”
