Summary: DHS is accepting proposals from qualified applicants for a grant opportunity to support people with disabilities who want to move out of congregate settings into their own homes.

Summary: Effective Jan. 1, 2026, DHS will review EVV compliance and enforce compliance requirements for all providers, including financial management services (FMS) and managed care organizations (MCOs).
