Today is Black Women's Equal Pay Day.

That means, on average, Black women in the United States who work full time, year round must work nearly EIGHT extra months to be paid as much as white, non-Hispanic men were paid last year.

And that's completely unacceptable!

We're helping raise awareness today by co-hosting the #BlackWomensEqualPay tweet storm, participating in the TIME'S UP Pay Up campaign, sharing resources like this fact sheet and a new video, and amplifying the work of some incredible partners.
