First Liberty has filed a charge of discrimination with the U.S. Equal
Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) against Bath & Body Works
on behalf of Jocelyn Boden.

Why? She was fired for not adhering to the company's pronoun
policy because of her religious beliefs.

Jocelyn was an excellent store manager for Bath & Body Works for
over three years. But then, a complaint was filed against her for not
using a new employee's preferred pronouns.

Even though Bath and Body Works could have easily accommodated
Jocelyn, they terminated her instead.

discriminate against religious employees. Forcing employees to violate
their conscience and religious convictions violates the federal Civil
Rights Act.
