Spotlight on new SAAF grantee partners 👇

Gender Rights in Tech (GRIT) - South Africa

GRIT plans to develop its existing AI Chatbot developed with and for survivors of gender-based violence. They will co-create a dataset on safe abortion for the South African context which provides information and signposting that is culturally relevant, accurate and accessible.

Health Education and Research Association (HERA) - North Macedonia

HERA in North Macedonia will use SAAF funding to pilot medical abortion services for marginalised women and those living in remote areas as part of efforts to advocate for the introduction of telemedicine and self-managed abortion in the country.

Resilience Action International (RAI) - Kenya

Refugee-led organisation Resilience Action International will work to strengthen the community referral system for safe abortion in and around Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya.
