Primary Voter Guide: The Mayoral Candidates’ Plans

Early voting kicks off today in NYC's primary election!

A crowded field of Democratic mayoral candidates are vying for a spot on the November general election ballot, where they'll compete against (among others) incumbent Mayor Eric Adams, who's running as an independent.

With homelessness at record highs, City Limits asked the major Democratic contenders where they stand on shelters and housing vouchers, street and subway homelessness, and supportive housing.
