The most recent monthly Business Formation Statistics (BFS) [ [link removed] ] was released on Wednesday, June 11, and included May 2025 data. BFS provide timely, high-frequency data on business applications and employer business formations monthly. The data are available at the state, regional and national levels, and by industry sector at the national level.
