This week, the Supreme Court heard arguments on Trump’s executive order to
end birthright citizenship for over 150,000 newborns annually, which will
create a permanent underclass of stateless children. Birthright
citizenship is in the Constitution.

Trump’s lawyers are also trying to take away the ability of federal
appeals courts to block Trump’s agenda.

This case is just one of many critical fights against Trump's overreach
that public-interest legal teams are fighting.
