This week, the Supreme Court heard arguments on Trump’s executive order to end birthright citizenship for over 150,000 newborns annually, which will create a permanent underclass of stateless children. Birthright citizenship is in the Constitution.

Trump’s lawyers are also trying to take away the ability of federal appeals courts to block Trump’s agenda.
