*Purpose:* The purpose of this hearing is to provide information and to receive public comments on transportation projects that might affect bicycle use, plans, policies and programs for Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) San Antonio District and the Alamo Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (AAMPO).

Inner Loop East - virtual public meeting with in-person option [ [link removed] ]

*Date:* 05/06/25
*Purpose:* Brazos County is studying the feasibility of a new roadway that would connect the eastern areas of Bryan and College Station. Should the study determine a new roadway is needed, it would enhance local and regional connectivity for future East Brazos County as the area continues to grow.

Hi Line Road West - notice and opportunity to comment [ [link removed] ]

*Date:* 05/09/25
*Purpose:* TxDOT and the City of Pharr are proposing to upgrade Hi Line Road West from South Jackson Road to South Cage Boulevard/Highway 281 in Hidalgo County, Texas. The purpose of the proposed Hi Line Road West improvements is to address existing roadway deficiencies, including the absence of pedestrian facilities, and improve traffic operations and mobility within the project limits in Pharr, Hidalgo County, Texas. When complete, the upgraded Hi Line Road would consist of two 12-foot travel lanes, one 14-foot center left-turn lane, and 6-foot sidewalks within a right of way between 60 and 100 feet wide. This notice is affording an opportunity to comment as part of the environmental review process for this project.

I-45 North Houston Highway Improvement Project (NHHIP) - in-person open house with virtual public meeting [ [link removed] ]

*Purpose:* TxDOT is engaging the public on the I-45 North Houston Highway Improvement Project (NHHIP). The project limits are I-45 from US 59/I-69 to Beltway 8 North, including improvements on US 59/I-69 between I-45 and Spur 527 in Harris County, Texas.

FM 663 from FM 875 to US 287 - virtual public meeting with in-person option [ [link removed] ]

*Location:* Midlothian
*Date:* 05/15/25
*Purpose:* The purpose of the meeting is to gather public input and provide information about the proposed widening FM 663 from US 287 in Ellis County, Texas

Loop 338 from East Yukon Road to US 385 North- notice affording an opportunity for a public meeting [ [link removed] ]

*Location:* Pharr
*Date:* Comments accepted through 05/16/25
*Purpose:* TxDOT is proposing to widen Loop 338 from East Yukon Road to US 385 North in Ector County, Texas. This notice advises the public that TxDOT is affording an opportunity for a public hearing on the proposed project.

 

FM 551 from SH 276 to SH 66 - virtual public meeting with in-person option [ [link removed] ]

*Purpose:* The purpose of the hearing is to gather public input and provide information about the proposed construction to widen and reconstruct FM 551 from SH 276 to SH 66 in Rockwall County, Texas.
