Purpose: The purpose of this hearing is to provide information and to receive public comments on transportation projects that might affect bicycle use, plans, policies and programs for Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) San Antonio District and the Alamo Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (AAMPO).

Inner Loop East - virtual public meeting with in-person option

Purpose: Brazos County is studying the feasibility of a new roadway that would connect the eastern areas of Bryan and College Station. Should the study determine a new roadway is needed, it would enhance local and regional connectivity for future East Brazos County as the area continues to grow.

Hi Line Road West - notice and opportunity to comment

Purpose: TxDOT and the City of Pharr are proposing to upgrade Hi Line Road West from South Jackson Road to South Cage Boulevard/Highway 281 in Hidalgo County, Texas. The purpose of the proposed Hi Line Road West improvements is to address existing roadway deficiencies, including the absence of pedestrian facilities, and improve traffic operations and mobility within the project limits in Pharr, Hidalgo County, Texas. When complete, the upgraded Hi Line Road would consist of two 12-foot travel lanes, one 14-foot center left-turn lane, and 6-foot sidewalks within a right of way between 60 and 100 feet wide. This notice is affording an opportunity to comment as part of the environmental review process for this project.

I-45 North Houston Highway Improvement Project (NHHIP) - in-person open house with virtual public meeting
