Earlier this week, House Bill 873 and its companion bill, Senate Bill 1360,
successfully passed the Tennessee General Assembly and are now headed to the
governor’s desk to be enacted into law.
This is a BIG WIN for the 2nd Amendment in Tennessee!
These critical pieces of legislation strengthen protections for members of
Tennessee’s firearm industry under the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms
Act from being targeted by radical anti-gun lobbyists.
