Earlier this week, House Bill 873 and its companion bill, Senate Bill 1360, successfully passed the Tennessee General Assembly and are now headed to the governor’s desk to be enacted into law.

These critical pieces of legislation strengthen protections for members of Tennessee’s firearm industry under the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act from being targeted by radical anti-gun lobbyists.
Tennessee has always been a state that welcomes pro-2A businesses and individuals with open arms, so much so that several firearm industry leaders have chosen to uproot their operations and bring them here, along with plentiful job opportunities.
