Wellness walks

Walks will take place at the Victoria Leisure Centre on some Thursdays between 1pm and 2:30pm [ [link removed] ]. 

 

Nordic walking with Runspire

Sessions will take place every Tuesday from 11am - 12pm [ [link removed] ] at the Victoria Leisure Centre.

 

Women's learn to cycle or regain confidence

Samuel from the Travel Well team met with Paul from Runspire and two residents, Ian and Teresa and went on a walk. Afterwards, they had a sit down and chat about their journey – that particular walk but also how they came into the programme and what a difference it has made for them.
