The ATF and FBI have been caught red-handed, friend.


A FOIA request just revealed alarming information: ATF agents are requesting
the FBI monitor gun owners for up to 180 days—just for submitting their
information for a firearm background check.

Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS)
* That flag means the ATF is alerted any time that individual’s name is run

* These surveillance windows last anywhere from 30 days to 6 months
* The “violation” that justifies this can be potential or even inapplicable
