This information is from Craig Knutson with the Kansas University Center on Disabilities (KUCD). 

Craig mentioned this resource during a couple of different meetings and I asked for more information which is shared below.  The QR code is in the pdf attachment below.  

The KEY: Shawnee County Community Team created a local resource guide in Padlet.  It is pretty nifty; the team decided on different “buckets” or types of resources people might need, and then put relevant resources in each “bucket”.  The team plans on creating business cards with a QR code on it linking to the Padlet.  The resources listed within the Padlet offer a brief summary of the relevant resource, a link to the website for the resource, and if applicable, a Google Map so people can get directions to the resource (either by driving, walking or by bus).  Some of the resources also have added material like a video or flyer attached.  Here is a link to the KEY: Shawnee County Resource Guide Padlet:  [link removed] [ [link removed] ]
