Rich text editing for Scripts
You can now customize your Scripts sections with rich text editing features like bold text, italic text, bullet points, and more!
WHAT'S NEW
Activist Codes and Email updates in Create a List
You can now more easily find contacts who have multiple Activist Codes or who have received multiple Targeted Emails. When selecting Activist Codes or Email Names in Create a List, you can quickly find what you need in fewer clicks.
Coming soon: Updates to phone data
Soon, we’ll be releasing some changes to our phone model, which will improve your ability to categorize your contacts' phone numbers.
These changes include:
* Renaming the “Home” phone type to “Personal (Home)”
* Migrating all phones with the “Cell” phone type to “Personal”
* Moving away from the "Cell" phone type to use Device Type instead (added in May 2024)
For Fundraising and Compliance (NGP) users, this change will also include the ability to tag a phone number with information to describe details like evening or daytime phone, phone location, or vacation phone number to improve your call time experiences.These changes will make it easier to accurately track your supporters' phone numbers and ensure that you’re using this data effectively.

Coming soon: Report contact fields standardization
In February, we’re standardizing the Name, Email, and Phone fields in EA, NGP, and VAN reports.
You will now be able to report on this data in a uniform and consistent way.
Coming soon: Expanded bulk delete functionality
Compliance Admins and Compliance Managers can now bulk delete contributions and contact records.

NGP VAN Payments now available in ActionKit
You can now create and manage your NGP VAN Payments account entirely within ActionKit. You can create an account through the ActionKit admin and then run reports on your data without leaving the tool.
Powered by Stripe, NGP VAN Payments offers great rates out of the box — 3.25% introductory pricing — and Stripe’s secure payment experience, optimized to drive conversions and help you raise more money for your organization.
We're working hard to make this the most competitive fundraising platform available to your campaigns — with plans to expand payment types, add support for one-click donations, and more in the coming months.
NGP VAN Payments account creation is available in ActionKit now, and a new, fresh donation page design using NGP VAN Payments for processing is coming soon.
Now available: Billing support
At NGP VAN, we’re consistently developing new solutions to better support and empower our customers. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance our services, we’re excited to introduce a new support resource geared towards billing and accounting questions. This update is designed to provide a streamlined customer experience that connects you with the right NGP VAN team member faster, ensuring your questions or concerns are addressed as quickly as possible.
We’ve retired the [email protected] [[email protected]] mailbox — please use this new support page [[link removed]] for inquiries related to billing. All existing paths to support remained unchanged. Please continue to access product support as you normally do using the resources available within your software.
Here’s what you can expect from our new billing support resource:
