Dear John,

We are thrilled to announce that the keynote speaker for our upcoming Policy. Practice. Power. [[link removed]] [[link removed]] Conference [[link removed]] is Santhosh Ramdoss. Mr. Ramdoss is President & CEO of Gary Community Ventures, a philanthropic organization that combines the power of business, policy, and philanthropy to make Impact Investments, such as the Dearfield Fund for Black Wealth, which has invested more than $9 million in first-time Black home buyers in Metro Denver. He also serves as the organization’s Chief Investment Officer.

Mr. Ramdoss, who was raised by a single mother in a small Indian village, takes pride in his identity as an immigrant and leverages these experiences to inform his commitment to equity. During his opening keynote session, titled Assets or Activism: How the Ownership Economy is Forging a New Kind of Movement, he will explore how we can harness the power of the capital markets, public policy and philanthropic innovation to realize a future in which each U.S. household possesses the minimum wealth necessary to achieve economic stability, mobility, and prosperity.

We hope to see you from May 27-29, 2025, in Washington, D.C., for this special keynote, as well as our other thought-provoking sessions featuring a broad spectrum of housing stakeholders dedicated to creating affordable solutions that last for generations! Click below to learn more and register!
