Mr. Ramdoss is President & CEO of Gary Community Ventures, a philanthropic organization that combines the power of business, policy, and philanthropy to make Impact Investments, such as the Dearfield Fund for Black Wealth, which has invested more than $9 million in first-time Black home buyers in Metro Denver. He also serves as the organization’s Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Ramdoss, who was raised by a single mother in a small Indian village, takes pride in his identity as an immigrant and leverages these experiences to inform his commitment to equity.
