Dear Friend,

A federal court in Alabama has

ruled that Pornhub must face trial

for sex trafficking and the possession, creation, and distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

This decision is monumental—not just for the brave survivor at the center of this case, but for every child who has been exploited on Pornhub’s platform.

The court

rejected Pornhub’s attempt to hide behind Section 230 immunity,

affirming what we know to be true: CSAM is not mere "information"—it is a violent crime, a record of unimaginable harm, and a stain on society.

T

hanks to this decision, the

survivor—a young woman who was drugged, raped, and exploited at just 16 years old—and the class of children she represents will

finally have their voices heard in court.

Our statement here.

Here’s the truth: Pornhub didn’t just allow this survivor’s abuse to be shared—they profited from it. They reviewed, tagged, and promoted videos of her trauma, all without verifying her age or protecting her.

This is the reality of an industry that thrives on exploitation.

But together

,

we are dismantling it.

This victory proves that hope is not lost. It shows that

justice can prevail when people like you refuse to give up.

Survivors need

you

to stand with them—to amplify their voices, demand accountability, and ensure that no person is ever exploited for profit again.

Thank you so much for standing with survivors!

Sincerely,

Dani Pinter, Esq.
