John, the Trump
administration has wasted no time in stripping our rights and freedoms.
Just last night, he started unconstitutionally freezing federal funds that
communities rely on, likely eliminating funding that supports programs
that directly prevent gun violence.

But we’ve been making trouble for him since 2018, and we aren’t about to
back down.

After the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School that launched
this movement, we mobilized a million young people and marched on
Washington, DC to demand that our lives be prioritized over the profits of
the gun industry.

We weren’t afraid of Trump and his cronies then, and we sure as hell
aren’t afraid of them now.

If you’re like us, you’re feeling anxious, scared, and uncertain after
just one week of this new administration. When it feels like the entire US
government is against you, it can be difficult to figure out how to fight
back. But don’t worry, we got you.

Our plan for the next year includes:

* Stopping Project 2025: Trump’s dangerous agenda would lower concealed
carry standards, arm teachers, and expand unregulated gun sales. We’ll
advocate tirelessly to prevent these policies.
* Winning state-level victories: In key states like Arizona, Illinois,
and Texas, we will push to address safe firearm storage, child access
prevention, and crisis response reforms.
* Filing amicus briefs in Second Amendment cases: We’ll work with young
people and gun violence survivors to defend our constitutional right
to safety.
* Advocating bold policy changes: We’ll champion legislation like the
People’s Response Act and the Counseling Not Criminalization in
Schools Act.

John, this fight
is not something that we can do on our own — we need a strong coalition
behind us. [ [link removed] ]We are $25,000 away from our end of month fundraising goal.
Will you make a contribution to be a part of this new era to fight back?

Your Personal Invite To the Movement Fund 💌💙

At March For Our Lives, we call our monthly supporter program The
Movement Fund.

Why are monthly recurring donors so important? The amount of one-time
individual donations we receive as an organization varies vastly from
month to month.

Without a steady stream of monthly donations coming in our door, it
would be impossible to accurately plan our budgets, create long-term
strategies to win a future free from gun violence, plan and execute
on-the-ground organizing efforts, recruit and train more gun safety
champions, and more.

[ [link removed] ]One of the best ways that you can help sustain our movement is by
becoming a recurring monthly donor. Can you sign up today?
