John, the Trump administration has wasted no time in stripping our rights and freedoms. Just last night, he started unconstitutionally freezing federal funds that communities rely on, likely eliminating funding that supports programs that directly prevent gun violence.
But we’ve been making trouble for him since 2018, and we aren’t about to back down.
After the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School that launched this movement, we mobilized a million young people and marched on Washington, DC to demand that our lives be prioritized over the profits of the gun industry.
We weren’t afraid of Trump and his cronies then, and we sure as hell aren’t afraid of them now.
